Tithi Miti is developed by Gaurab Pradhan as a personal productivity app for users in Nepal. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
तिथि मिति गौरब प्रधानद्वारा नेपालका प्रयोगकर्ताहरूका लागि विकसित व्यक्तिगत उत्पादकता एप हो। यो नीतिले हामी कुन जानकारी सङ्कलन गर्छौं, कसरी प्रयोग गर्छौं, र तपाईंका अधिकारहरू के हुन् भन्ने कुरा स्पष्ट पार्छ।
Account information — When you sign in with Google or email, we receive your email address and display name from Firebase Authentication. This is used solely to identify your account and sync your data across devices.
खाता जानकारी — Google वा इमेलद्वारा साइन इन गर्दा, हामी Firebase Authentication बाट तपाईंको इमेल ठेगाना र प्रदर्शन नाम प्राप्त गर्छौं। यो केवल तपाईंको खाता पहिचान गर्न र यन्त्रहरूमा डेटा सिंक गर्न प्रयोग हुन्छ।
App data you enter — Reminders, birthdays, Shraddha dates, anniversaries, appointments, medicine schedules, vehicle records, document expiry dates, and contact notes are stored locally on your device and, if you are signed in, synced to Firebase Firestore under your user ID. This data is yours and is never shared with third parties.

Feedback — If you submit feedback via the in-app form, we collect the message, category, and any optional name or reply-to email address you provide. This is stored in Firebase Firestore and read only by the developer.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the app.

Local data is stored on your device using Hive (a local database). Synced data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, protected by security rules that allow only you (authenticated by your user ID) to read or write your records. Firebase infrastructure is hosted in the Asia-South1 region (Mumbai).

Version 1 (current) is completely ad-free. No ads are shown and no advertising SDKs are included in this version.
संस्करण १ (हालको) पूर्णतः विज्ञापन-मुक्त छ। यस संस्करणमा कुनै विज्ञापन देखाइँदैन र कुनै विज्ञापन SDK समावेश छैन।
In future versions, we may show ads to free users to support continued development of the app. If ads are introduced, we will update this policy to describe which ad network is used and what data, if any, is collected for ad personalisation. Paid or premium users will not see ads.

Your data remains in Firestore as long as your account exists. To delete all your synced data and your account, go to Profile → Delete Account inside the app — this immediately and permanently deletes all your records from Firestore and removes your Firebase Auth account. Local on-device data is removed when you uninstall the app.
तपाईंको डेटा तपाईंको खाता अवस्थित रहुञ्जेल Firestore मा रहन्छ। सबै सिंक गरिएको डेटा र खाता मेटाउन, एप भित्र प्रोफाइल → खाता मेटाउनुहोस् मा जानुहोस् — यसले तुरुन्त र स्थायी रूपमा Firestore बाट तपाईंका सबै रेकर्ड मेटाउँछ र Firebase Auth खाता हटाउँछ। यन्त्रमा स्थानीय डेटा एप अनइन्स्टल गर्दा हटाइन्छ।
Feedback submissions are retained for product improvement. They do not contain account-identifying information unless you voluntarily provided your name or email in the form.

Tithi Miti is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
